Build my own world.
Latepasta® began with a question I kept asking myself: what if a clothing brand could feel like a storybook?
I wanted to create more than a collection of graphic tees. I wanted to build a universe people could explore, filled with characters, details and small stories hidden throughout the experience.
The project became a space where I could freely combine everything I enjoy as a designer: storytelling, illustration, branding and a touch of childhood imagination.

An astronaut, a delivery company and lot of noodles.
At the center of the project is an unlikely character: an astronaut working for the Latepasta Company, a small noodle delivery service operating somewhere in the MIRAM galaxy.
His mission is simple. Deliver hot pasta to hungry customers, day and night, across the universe.
Everything changes when a technical failure forces him to crash-land on Earth. Fascinated by this strange blue planet, he gradually forgets about repairing his ship and begins exploring instead.
This curious delivery driver became the lens through which the entire project was imagined.

Turning observations into graphics.
The visual identity of Latepasta was built around the idea that every design should tell a story.
Each illustration represents a moment from the astronaut's journey. Sometimes a surprising discovery, sometimes a funny misunderstanding, sometimes simply a detail of everyday life seen through unfamiliar eyes.
Rather than creating collections, I approached each graphic as a new chapter in his personal travel journal.

A product that lives up to the brand’s heritage.
Building a believable universe also meant paying attention to what people would actually receive.
I spent a significant amount of time selecting suppliers, testing materials and refining the production process to ensure the final products matched the care invested in the storytelling.
Heavyweight organic cotton, durable prints and on-demand manufacturing became essential parts of the project.
Because even the best story deserves a good medium.

Extending the universe beyond the garment.
I never wanted the experience to stop at the t-shirt itself.
Every order was shipped inside a custom noodle take-away container, designed to feel as if it had been prepared and delivered directly by the astronaut.
A small detail perhaps, but one that helped transform a simple delivery into a continuation of the story.

Fragments from a travel journal.
Inside every package, customers could also discover a short story linked to the design they had ordered.
These stories were printed on receipt paper using a pocket thermal printer.
I liked the idea that the astronaut had somehow repurposed his delivery terminal into a makeshift typewriter, using it to document his discoveries and observations during his stay on Earth.
A small storytelling device that helped make the universe feel a little more real.

A playground for everything I love.
Latepasta became much more than a clothing brand.
It turned into a place where I could explore the intersection between storytelling, illustration, branding, product design and customer experience without treating them as separate disciplines.
Looking back, the project says as much about my work as it does about my personality.
A designer who enjoys building systems, but who still believes that imagination deserves a place in the process.
